Catalogue Description: a) Cylindrical alabaster vessel with flaring base and rim inscribed for The Horus Merytawy, King Pepy (I) who is also called son of Ht-Hr nbt ‘Iwn.t Condition: Base chipped in various places; lip of rim slightly chipped. b) Flat circular lid with projection for securing it to vessel. Condition: slightly chipped in one spot.
