Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra

    This concert features Frederick Delius’s “The Walk to the Paradise Garden,” the intermezzo from his opera A Village Romeo and Juliet, and a rare, moving Concerto for Alto Saxophone by Henry Brant with a solo by Thomas Giles. The program concludes with the popular "Enigma" Variations of Edward Elgar, musical portraits of the composer’s family, friends, and self.
