It Still Matters: An LGBTQ+ Black History Month Poetry Reading

Join us as we honor Black History Month with a reading that celebrates the cultural contributions of Black LGBTQ+ poets who have lived in New York City from the Harlem Renaissance to today. Poems will be performed by New York City’s own youth of color.
Presented by our InterseXtions teen internship program and Urban Word NYC in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of the City of New York.
