The magic word is collaboration: explore together to discover the world through art, play fun gallery games, and create your own masterpieces in the studio. Whether sketching stone creatures in our Sculpture Garden or hunting for ancient materials in our Egyptian galleries, together you and your child will unlock the power of your imagination. New this year is additional time for art-making.

In winter we’ll explore the theme of Art and Community, spending time in our special exhibition Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power. The first part of the semester focuses on work by artists in Brooklyn and the rest of New York. We’ll then look at community-minded artists from around the world.

Eight sessions: $208, Members $156
Single-day option: $27 (includes Museum admission); $20 Members

In our spring classes, we’re exploring wearable works of art, such as crowns, clothing, and jewelry. Get inspired in our galleries, from Ancient Egyptian Art to special exhibitions such as Frida Kahlo, and create art you can wear home.
