2022–23 Schedule

Fall: Understanding Me/Stories and Identity

Register for fall F.A.M. I (October): Sundays, October 16, 23, and 30, 2022, 11 am–12:30 pm
Register for fall F.A.M. II (November): Sundays, November 6, 13, and 20, 2022, 11 am–12:30 pm
Three sessions (one adult, one child): $87, Members $78.30

This fall, explore how objects and places can help shape our identities. In October, we’ll investigate how artists such as Duke Riley and Nellie Mae Rowe use meaningful objects to express who they are, and then use materials such as photo collage to tell others about you. In November, we’ll explore the work of Virgil Abloh and the newly renovated Arts of Asia and the Islamic World galleries to discuss how a place can help shape a person’s identity, and then use printmaking and other materials to share something about you.
