Member Preview: Arts of Asia and the Islamic World

Arts of Asia and the Islamic World, 2nd Floor

Join us for an exclusive Member Preview of the completed Arts of Asia and the Islamic World galleries before they reopen to the public. See the newest reinstalled galleries, featuring our extensive Arts of South Asia and Arts of the Islamic World collections, the culmination of a major ten-year renovation. The floor now includes nearly seven hundred works of art from across Asia and the Mediterranean, including Japan, Korea, China, South and Southeast Asia, and the Himalayas, as well as Arts of the Islamic World and of Buddhism.

Free for Members; reservations are required. Please note that Virgil Abloh: “Figures of Speech” will be open 6–10 pm, and you do not need to make a separate reservation. The last entry into the Arts of Asia and the Islamic World galleries and “Figures of Speech”  is at 8:30 pm. Standard Membership admission benefits apply.
