Teen Night: Permissions of Truth

Friday, March 15, 2019

5–8 pm

Martha A. and Robert S. Rubin Pavilion, 1st Floor

Inspired by Frida Kahlo: Appearances Can Be Deceiving and Half the Picture: A Feminist Look at the Collection, March’s Teen Night celebrates today’s feminist art practice and the unwavering legacy of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, asking: who gives you permission to speak your truth?

At every Teen Night, experience art-making, music, performance, gallery activities, snacks, great conversation, community-building, raffles, and more.

Permissions of Truth is organized by the Teen Night Planning Committee, our paid teen internship in event planning. Free and open to all teens 14+.
