The Board of Trustees and Director of the Brooklyn Museum invites members to attend a preview and reception celebrating the opening of Youth and Beauty: Art of the American Twenties.
The exhibition brings together the work of sixty-eight painters, sculptors, and photographers who explored a new mode of modern realism in the years bounded by the aftermath of the Great War and the onset of the Great Depression.
Members must present their invitation, which admits two, for entrance. Twenties attire is welcome. Free parking is available in the Washington Avenue lot. The Museum Shop will be open until 10 p.m., and the Museum Café will be open until 5 p.m.
