    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Sculptural vase formed by four attached molded ivory-bodied globular amphora jugs, each transfer printed and painted with Japanese Satsuma ware style bamboo, flowers, boxes and octagonal shapes in blue, green, gold and brown on a mottled ivory and gold ground. Each jug rises to narrow neck with slightly flared mouth, with two perpendicular C-shaped handles at shoulders, all highlighted in gold. Condition: good.
